  • After confirming and paying the deposit to secure your booking, we will start the consultation process with you to discuss larger and finer details of your wedding or event. This consultation will begin with the floral design, budget, project timeline, and logistics.

  • Yes, you can. We understand that design and vision could change and grow along the way. You are welcome to add items as you wish up until 3 weeks before your date. However, no more than 10% can be deducted from the agreed quote at the time of the contract.

  • Depending on your design, location, venue, weather and other factors we can potentially repurpose the flowers for other wedding elements. It varies from one wedding to another, so please let us know when you enquire.

  • We welcome and encourage clients to take the flowers home, except for the borrowed pieces as agreed upon in the contract. Otherwise, we will take everything as we pack down after the event.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may require you to reschedule your event. If this happens, please get in touch with us via email at hello@memoriflowers.com.au as soon as possible to organise a change.

  • In the case of a Force Majeure event, such as a natural disaster or a government-imposed lockdown, it may be impossible or impractical to hold a wedding or event as planned. In such cases, you may need to reschedule their event to a later date or cancel it altogether. However, the specific outcomes may depend on the contract terms of each event type. If this happens, please get in touch with us via email at hello@memoriflowers.com.au as soon as possible.
